SkyFighter V2 RC Model Designed by: Frank Petty
This RC model is an original design by Frank. This model was intended to be a fast, agile flyer and certainly is. The original RC model design was made with 1.9, 15mm EPP and covered with fiberglass weave and colored sealing/packing tape. Other materials such 1/2 inch Bluecore Foam may be used to make this model.

 

BASIC RC MODEL NOTES:

• Wing Span: 23.5 Inches (59.69cm)

• Length: 30 Inches (71.12cm)

• AUW: 24 Ounces (680.4gm) (As Built with EPP Foam, Bluecore Foam will result in much lighter model)

• Servos: 2 Micro (Metal Gear Recommended)

• Motor: 2212/6 for Basic Setup (Grayson Hobbies Super Mega Jet for Performance Setup)

• Speed: 90+mph (144kph) depending on motor used

• Required Radio: Minimum 4-Channel (Recommended 6 channel 2.4ghz)

• Flight Skill Required: Intermediate to Advanced

• Building Skill Required: Intermediate
